TIMINGS
|
- The library will remain open on all working days
from 8:30 AM to 05:00 PM
- On Saturdays the library is open from 8:30 AM to 01:00 PM
- Library will remain open during the study holidays.
ID is mandatory to enter inside the library.

BOOKS FOR ISSUE
|
- Books placed in the reference rack will not be issued.
- UG Students - Books placed in the stack section are issued to students for 10 days.
They have to renew the book. If issued books are returned after the due date a fine of Rs 2/-
will be collected per day.
- PG Students - books placed in the stack section are issued to students for 15 days.
Books returned after the due date a fine of Rs. 2/- will be collected.
- In case if the book is lost, it should be brought to the notice of the librarian and same book
should be replaced immediately.
- Defaulters list will be displayed on the notice board every Monday.
- Books from the general section and novels are issued to students.
- If a book is lost, the same book is to be purchased and given to the librarian
or the double of the book cost be paid.

BORROWING BOOKS
|
- The Borrowing section is separate from the reference section.
- From the Borrowing section, books can be issued for a period of 10 days;
and should be returned or renewed.
- Each student is issued only three books against his/her ID card.
- For UG Students 3 books will be issued and PG students 5 books will be issued against his/her ID.

REFERENCE BOOKS
|
The users of Library have to follow certain manners for common good.They are:
- Books from the reference rack are to be used only in the library and replaced
properly accordingly where you have taken.
- Reference books are not issued to students
- An overnight issue is possible on request.
- Text books are available for reference purpose as per their semesters
and subject wise.
- Projects are for reference in the library.
